Here is my first Cigar Rollerball in Aromatic Cedar. The wood was given to me by my uncle who is a retired carpenter.
The kit was pretty easy to build, however parting the wood to the tube for receiving of the centerband is critical. I feel that when you post the cap on this pen then it was out of balance and too long. If I make any more of these I won't install the posting cap but just keep the end enclosed like I have seen done on this site. Also, the threads I felt were a little rough but they have smoothed out due to capping and uncapping several times. Lastly, a bit of silicone on the o-ring stops the squeaking when capping the pen.
