First bullet and my contribution to Breast Cancer Awareness

Started to do the bullet pen with antler (would've also been a first) but when I made the first cut it stunk so bad I just couldn't continue! (And my husband said I can't use his saw to cut that stinky stuff.) So I used Mimosa wood. It kinda looks like antler. (I think)

Very nice pens. Yes antler stinks but I have got use to it. You need good fan or if you can turn it outside.

They look great. Antler is definitely a grab bag of odd smells. I don't mind so much, and the wife knows those are money makers, so I get to play.

I like the Mimosa and yes it does look like antler. I have only turned one and it sold to the 2nd person who looked at it. So it is going on my list of get some more and do it again. What is the middle pink one? I like it

Looks good. Antler does not stink... What stinks is you have 3 in your case for a couple weeks and you decide not to do anymore, then you have 5 people on Friday "Have to have one of the Antler pens TODAY!" LOL Sorry about their luck!

The middle pink is a blank I picked up at Rockler. I believe it's called cotton candy.
