Guess it did happen! Interesting pen. It certainly has some appeal.

Did you use the brass tube inside or did you press the components into your aluminum body?

Epoxy brass tubes.

may not use tubes next time. If i am correct a 1/4 inch hole will suffice.

I try not to use the tube on my aluminum pens. Try to turn the tip and not use the hardware.

This particular pen requires you to push the click mech down into the tube with a measured extra piece of tube. Might take a little more work to make it fit correctly not using the brass tube.
