Nice work. The fit and finish are excellent.
What did you use to polish the acrylic? I usually use the plastic kit from PSI for my acrylics.

Awesome Job! I use micromesh (wet sanding) down to 12,000 grit on acrylics....Gonna get around to trying plastic kit from PSI...Is it a good product?[

Sandpaper as Oscar said all the way from 220 grit thru 12000 from woodcraft.
Then a coat of Hut plastic polish.
Yes Oscar the blanks are cool but only one turned so far have two more a copper that looks like Lava and another Red one I like red.
