I previously posted a pic of the pens I submitted to Gary for the ServicePens project and threatened to do the same with the other part of the project that went along with that.
Well, here it is.
230 mesquite slims made as thank you gifts for the staff at the Texas Lions Camp.
These folks are pretty much working 24/7 all summer with kids with all sorts of physical and mental handicaps. Pay isn't that great, working conditions(primarily weather) are horrendous but you would never know it by seeing the attitude they all display.
So when I had a chance to do something to say thanks by doing something I know a little bit about, I jumped on it.
