Ok, it is complete. I am shipping this out to the customer on Monday.

As always comments and critiques are appreciated.

The pistol is a Walther P-22. It was first broken down completely and took a 5 minute degreasing bath, followed by a thorough strip down to bare metal using Aluminum Oxide in the blast cabinet. Next all parts are heated in the oven until nice and warm, this is all preparation for the first coat of duracoat. Prior to the actual finish application, I had to set up the design which is a Ladybug motif. Finally, 4 coats of duracoat followed by a 1 hour baking at 120 degrees. After all of this, the parts sit for a few days as the finish needs to build its elasticity prior to assembly.

Any questions, please feel free to ask.

That's really something Brian! I must say that I just can't imagine my guns in Ladybug though!! I'm gonna stick with XD Black!!

But you sure did some fine work with the Duracoat!
