Finish Over Sticker

I was wondering if anyone could suggest a finish that I could use over a sticker or other paper glued to a pen.

Use a CA finish.

I cast clear PR resin over them all the time. Either glued to a turned down portion of the blank or right on the tube. A few in my album.

Wasn't there a very interesting post from a relatively new guy about water slide transfers? The web link he gave was very cool and IIRC also mentioned a finish to put over it. There was also a cool pen in the slimline comp that looked like it had a cigar sticker on it. The finished looked pretty good to me too.
