Silly question - so my apologies.

I see one of the suppliers provides Finials and Logos. My question - how does the Finial attach to the end of the pen?

Does a tenon need to be cut?
Screw in?

Thank you for you help.

Usually they are press-fit into the brass tube, but I'm not sure what finials you are talking about, do you have a link?

I used a couple of these for some logos. They replace the cap end finials in the Americana (and similar) pens and have a recess where you can glue in a logo.
