Finding a wood screw

I been looking for a #3 x 3/8 or 1/2" flat head Phillips drive wood screws.
I been looking online and local hardware stores and can not find any.
Anyone know someone who may have them?
Been able to find a #4 but not the #3

Thanks looks like they are in brass phillips but they do have them in slotted stainless.

Lee Valley is having brass screws made but they have the traditional slotted heads.
