Finally, I didn't crack the cap

So, a lot of you read the thread about my run of caps that were cracking, yep there was a run of them. I got out today and worked on another Dyed Green Stabilized Box Elder and finally had a success. I don't think this blank was as pretty, but you get what you get right? Most of you are probably familiar with this kit, Manager Fountain in the gold finish.

Thank you, to those who gave me input as to my cracking issues you gave me lots of possibilities to think about and to be aware of. In the end I opted to pick up a new drill bit, and whether it was luck or the new bit, I made it through this one. )

I actually like the color. The pen turned out well. I have always liked the Manager pen. They have a nice elegant look to them.
