Finally got what I intended to get

Finally cut the pieces right, Glued right and nearly turned right. Not exataly what I wanted for a look but close enough. It is also about 3/8 inch too long which I could fix but dont want to.

No...straight from Woodcraft.

Want to get into it but not enough money to take the plunge. Love those pinecone pens some have been making on this list.
