I have been playing around mixing Brass, Aluminium and Plastic. It's been an interesting journey but these two Pens held together with not a blowout.
I glued them with slow drying Eopxy modified drill points etc.
Metal parts I used a very rough file to score the surface and these things combined seems to have worked. I would like to thank all who contributed with suggestions.
Please feel free to comment I am still open to suggestions.

Nice work! I will say, just in my personal opinion, that the kit centerbands look a little out of place in the middle of that beautiful work you have done. I can't wait to see what else you come up with using these methods. How were the drill bits modified for this task?

Put a slight negative rake on the cutting edge I used a diamond file. The centre band I like but it's down to choice.
Thank you for you comments much appreciated.
