Final prototype for my client. This is JD stock from the lid. I'm torn if I want to make the base flush out with the mouth of the bottle, but it has to look good on both the 750ml Single Barrel bottle seen here as well as the standard Black Label bottle. If I go much bigger it won't look right on the Black Label.

The coin is a place holder for an upcoming product photo shoot and will be offered with different personalizing options on a stamped or engraved coin for the final product. I also torched the top to replace some of the charring I had to turn away.

The only other issue I have to work out is to find a replacement for the largest o-ring. It's .02 inches too small as it comes from Ruth Niles. I lined the groove with electrical tape underneath the o-ring for now to make it puff out a bit and seal to get through the shoot.

It looks great. I'd leave the size the way it is, as it looks fine a little small. I don't think it would look good if it was larger than the rim.
