Filibella done in Penn stone

Here is a Filibella done in Penn Stone Black and White Matrix. The key to these is to take your time and make sure the inside of the tubes are as clean as possible when insterting the tip etc. as it will crack. Stone is not very forgiving.

No issues with this one as I have learned from my past experiences.

I use a brass brush, commonly used to clean a shotgun or rifle, to clean all the tubes while they are still spinning. Works like a charm and the insides are always spotless.

My first attempt at Penn stone was a failure. Used brass brush and reamer but still cracked pressing nib. Probably my error. Will try again. PSI Princess pen.
