This is a PSI Refillable Fiber Tip pen in brass. It's unusual in that it uses fountain pen ink, either in disposable cartridges or the included ink pump. One thing I don't like about it, is the clip rubs on the body when you unscrew the cap, unless you bend the clip up. This is a particularly nice piece of leopardwood, with some interesting grain. The finish is Mylands friction polish and carnuba wax.
