I like the Magnetic Graduate and Magnetic Vertex. This Graduate is a fountain pen, but they make it in a rollerball version.

Hands down my absolute, most favorite roller is the one I use every day; it's light-weight, comfortable, and, to my eye, it's the most attractive pen I've ever turned; that pen is the El Grande in Ti Gold wearing Brown and Green double dyed Box Elder Burl.

This has been one of my on again off again daily carriers for a few years now. It's a Jr Statesman in Rhodium and Gold. It's an unknown burl inlaid with turquoise. I've held off seeking it several time because well I like the darn thing. It needs a little time on the buffing wheel. I'm starting to notice a good deal of micro scratches.

I'm liking eh JR series so far. Is there a site or doc somewhere that tells the difference between all the choices? Details like differences in the bands, clips, etc. Which ones are heavier than others.

Check out Ed's offerings at Exotic Blanks. Of the Jr series I prefer the Retro. Ask Ed your questions, he will be glad to help you. They all weigh about the same given the same blanks; differences are in the center bands an the finial/caps primarily. They make nice pens when wrapped in about anything. They are heavier than the El Grands/Churchill, which doesn't mean much unless you are going to carry it in your shirt pocket. What ever you choose will be fantastic. Have fun!
