Family Time

I had the opportunity to drive to Sanibel Island to surprise my granddaughter, Lilee, on her 5th birthday! I was so excited. They live 3 hours from me and I don't get as much time with them as I would like.

Below is a photo of her after my dad had her 'wear' a bit of cake for good luck! Also pictured is my grandson, Mason!

I agree that grandchildren are the best, but like Dan said; granddaughter??? You don't look nearly old enough to have grandchildren. They are gorgeous grandchildren buy the way.

Well, if they're your grandchildren, then who's picture is it that your using for your avatar picture? You don't look hardly old enough to have teenage kids, a little lone grandchildren. No offense meant, but, you sure are aging well.

We are going with friends....they have a house on Sanibel, west gulf drive, we have an oceanfront two islands up in Boca Grande. I bet it's nice and warm down there right now! It's 58 and rain here all day today
