I have made a few orders from them the last few weeks. Given them a cheer or two. But they strike again. I just made an order yesturday, I don't want to go into detail of what Dawn and Ed did. But with as awesome as they are I wonder how they stay afloat.

I had a similar experience a few weeks ago with my first order from them. They didn't have something I was looking for, but Ed had an extra in his shop - so he sent it along with the order.
