I'm a little late on writing this, but as everyone here already knows: Ed & Dawn at Exotic Blanks are bar none the best customer service. They set the standard in my opinion. I don't order a whole lot of supplies, I'm just a hobbyist. But I recently ordered 4 Sierra pen kits. I made one and while doing the second realized I was missing the spring. I messaged Ed and admitted that was probably my fault; I may have (most likely) dropped it and asked if I could order one. Ed put one in an envelope and sent it out to me in Hawaii. I'm a customer for life and will recommend them to anyone that asks! Thanks Ed & Dawn!!
