I damaged the nib end of a pen - my own fault. On my last order with
Exotic Banks I included a note that if a replacement nib end was available for a few bucks to add to my order. When my order arrived the replacement was there and marked N/C - this is GREAT customer service. Strong contrast to one of the other suppliers (name starts with P) where THEIR fault was to not include several pieces in a kit - basically everything inside the tubes - and they would not replace the missing pieces since I ordered the kit about 2 years ago.
