When you last PM'd me on Jan 31, there was nothing to tell you. Your money order had not arrived. The only other email we show came in at 3:07 today.
We checked the mail for this week and indeed, your money order has arrived. So your bottle of WTF will go out tonight.
Sorry for the delay, this transaction (and a couple very similar, involving mailing payment) has convinced us we need to adhere to our normal paypal or credit card terms. The week delay of waiting for a mailed check makes the order "buried" in our system, which causes all of us "heartburn"!
As long as we are talking about shipping, let me also note that since the postal rates have changed, "click and ship interface for us" no longer works. So, every address label requires retyping the shipping address. AND there is no automatic notification to you that the items have shipped. (So Dawn is attempting to "cut and paste" your email, which works often but not always) Of course, Exotics is one of millions of companies having this problem, so I expect it will be solved sometime soon. But, right now our customers are not getting the usual email telling them the package ID. And, of course that means millions of people are trying to track packages, so that system is "behind".
In short, the actual shipping is taking the usual 3-4 days, but often parcels are arriving while the "tracking" still shows it in Wisconsin. So, it is best to wait a week or so and, if your parcel does NOT arrive, let us know.
For the most part, we continue to ship the same day we receive your order. Packages get to the Postal Service at 3PM and 11PM, so the postmark may show the next day.
