...I made a call today to Exotic Blanks. I had a "finishing" question on a particular product that they sell and a fellow named Ed "took me to school" . I appreciated his concern, knowledge and the sharing of his experience regarding the said product. Thanks.......Jan

Hope I didn't sound too "teacher--y"!!!

I am happy to say I talk with about five people in an average day, with questions ranging today from "what is a mandrel and how can those big tubes fit on that little metal rod"? to "What is the proper method of finishing Casein"?

As I review those conversations, sometimes I may not ASK enough and tend to SAY too much. I will attempt to overcome that and I thank all of you who mention your conversation on the forum. I hope it encourages MORE people to CALL if you have questions.

Yesterday, I told someone I had no idea how to answer their question---so it's not ALWAYS a one-way discussion!!:biggrin::biggrin:

One thing that IS ALWAYS true, I am glad to help, if I can!~!! Gimme a call!!!

I always enjoy talking to Ed. He is great resource, with a wealth of information and is more than willing to share. You will not find any better than Ed.

Competitors Talk Too

Even though we are competitors (loosely defined since I'm also a customer), Ed and I also talk fairly often. I always enjoy our conversations.
