I've been doing a lot of playing around with my camera trying to improve my pictures. I looked at several photos that caught my eye done by members here. One thing I really liked is a black background. Eric aka Sylvanite gave me some pointers and told me about using a black sheet of acrylic. So here's my 1st attempt using this.
The pen is an executive sierra from Timberbits wrapped in a blank I call Wisteria blossom. I got the idea from some wisteria that grows close to my house. I really like this version of the Sierra, and it's going to become one of my regulars.
BTW, if you want to use some of the black acrylic, I got mine from Delvies Plastics. Also, you have to have some photo editing software. There is no way to get all the lint off that black acrylic.:bulgy-eyes: It's also great at getting lint off pens (in photos only)
