As many can now attest I really love (Texas) Mesquite Burl ... I use this wood because many of my family and friends have requested it. Plus I love the grain mottling. I have just completed a PennState Executive style in Mesquite Burl. My next project will be a Dura Click in Mesquite as well. Please enjoy the Executive ....

One of my favorite daily household pens is a Knurl, Mesquite burl. Looks very similar to yours.

Very nice Thom! I love the grain and it is well matched to the kit. With the Duraclick the variety of platings will give you many nice options. I love the brass and burnt bronze platings with the Mesquite personally.
