Just a heads up for those who send Paypal invoices and may have not seen this. You can now download an Excel template to do your invoices! It installs as an add-on to your Excel installation and shows up as a tab along the top (at least in 2010).
I find it super easy to use and MUCH MUCH quicker than going to Paypal and dealing with their slow site. Once you create the invoice, it shows up in your Paypal account just like any other invoice you create online. The customer receives the same invoice e-mail as before so nothing changes there. It is just an easier, and for me, quicker way to get the job done.
I found it by going into my Paypal account and clicking on the request money tab. Then click on the invoice tab and you should see a link in the upper right hand side to download and install the add-in.
