Euros sans traditional centerband

My inventory of Cross style refill pens is running low, so I made these two Euros today. The first one is Dyed Red Box Elder Burl with Ebony centerband and Chrome metal accents. The second one is an Asian Black & White ebony with Satin Pearl metal accents and pickguard centerband. Let me know what you think, thanks for looking.

They are both nice, but the second one is really a great design. The pickguard material really complements the rest of the trim.

I like them both though I prefer the second pen cb, it protects the wood edge from getting damaged as well as adding a simple sophistication to it, well done.

Both of those are keepers!

I don't usually like pick guard, fut for that pen it works!
