Etsy and using Paypal or Square

I am fixing to set up a site on etsy and I am wondering if I could use Square instead of Paypal. I don't know which way is easiest and most secure and least hassle???????

Any thoughts or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

If you do Etsy you will need to do Paypal. Square is not set up to process Internet transactions. PayPal and erstwhile work great together

Square is not 2.75% PERIOD. It is only 2.75 if you swipe the card. If You manually enter the transaction it is 3.5%

I hadn't noticed, and every once in a while, a card wont read, so I've had to do a few keyed entry's, but heck it's still cheaper than my regular processor or PayPal.

I've been using Etsy with Paypal from a couple years now and they work very well together.
