I went to my first estate sale in over 3 months and found a barracuda 2 chuck only missing the key which I am sure I can buy somewhere. There is aldo rust but as far as I know that can be cleaned and I have all summer to do it. Also got 3 other single size collet chucks and one had an end mill bit in new shape. Also got 4 blocks of DIW weighing over 10 lbs. Anyways does anyone know where I can buy the Tightening Key for it? Also any good ideas on rust removal.

They usually are just a big chuck key. If you can get the size on it from Barracuda you might be able to find an after-market one or even a replacement from Barracuda.

That collet chuck is a bonus as it's not part of the original kit.

We used to always use "Naval Jelly". Went to see if it was still made and was surprised to find that Locktite now owns the formula and sells it minus the pink container (still a bright pink substance, though).
