Our friend Ernie Borraga has been in a terrible car accident.
He is in surgery now.
He has a bleeding in the brain, they don't know if it's an aneurysm or not.
He has a spot on his liver and his hips and upper thighs are crushed.
Please keep him in your prayers.

So sorry to hear this ..... will be remembering Ernie for sure ..... please keep us informed.

Copied from I believe is his mother on Facebook (Publicly ava):

"Spoke to bone doctor and he has spin (which looks like a stick) above his right knee cap. To keep his hip in place. His right femur is not broken. His right femur broke thru the back of the ball of the hip. I think that's how he explained it. Said they will put rods and pins in it in surgery but not now. After they take care of the brain and when they get his blood pressure right. They have him in a induced coma due to the trauma and blood pressure. They have restraints on him because he is trying to pull the ventilator out. I am not medical so I am probably not giving good info but I am trying. He is getting MRI, Cat scan and something else then they will put in room on 5th floor I think it's ICU. I am waiting to see him. Unless things change I am done posting for the night. Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers. They are greatly appreciated".

More prayers sent Buddy.

Copied from I believe is his daughter on Facebook (Publicly available), her last post last night ...

"Doctor just called, they have him squeezing hands and opening his eyes. They are going to wait to do the procedure now unless things change through the night. He gave a thumbs up to the doctors."

Continued thoughts & prayers

Latest update on FB about 20 minutes ago. I won't post all the details, but Ernie got through the night. Many very serious issues, so keep praying and keep him in your thoughts.
