Also, Scott, last year we had the form going to swedg1@gmail.com. Those who tested it for you this year were using that address. I made the change to the e-mail address you posted above but you may want to test it to make sure it is working.

Thank you Curtis! The form looks beautiful! And as far as where it sends it to, the "ugly" email address just forwards to that gmail address anyway, so both are good.
