I have a project I'm working on where I'm plan to use Corian, and I would to have it engraved. I assume Corian can be engraved but I have not seen anything about it on the site.

Has anyone tried to engrave Corian? If so, does it engrave well? The Corian I am using is a light color if that matters.

it engraves very well. As mentioned, you'll need some sort of color fill.
If you engrave it in a dithered pattern, it could be as simple as giving
it a 'wash' with acrylic paint and then wiping off the excess after it
dries. (rubbing vigorously is more like it) If it is engraved deeper than
that, look for some color fill. Tubes of acrylic artists paint will work.

I engrave corian too. Like others have said, it engraves well, but you'll almost certainly will need to color fill. You may need to apply a mask to some of the lighter colors. I've had situations where the color fill did not completely wipe off due to tiny imperfections in the surface of the Corian, so I now routinely mask whenever I laser Corian.
