Has anyone experimented with using a heat source such as a heat gun or oven to speed up the curing process for enduro? I was sitting here thinking (dangerous, I know) and thought that since enduro is water based it must cure by evaporation and therefore heat might make it cure much faster.

Don't know about enduro, but when I used to use poly, I would put it under a light and dramatically speed up the drying process. Granted, poly is petroleum based. But it helped me.

I use a light to speed the process up. I have a flexable work light with a 60 watt baulb. You do have to be carefull though because you can heat the blanks too much and end up with bubbles. Play with it and you'll find the best way for you. I also tried a hair dryer but that didn't work for many reasons.
