Power went out this morning at 6:00 am on the dot. Figured the mayans had a government agency create their calendar and like most government agencies the QC was a tad off.
Nope. Just us and two other houses with power off. 3 house don't make an apocalypse and the power was back an hour later. The wife did get a bug up her nose and sent me up to dig out the generator from storage at 6:30 am. It was cold but not near as cold as our bed would have been if I said no. I lit the camping lantern for her and did my husbandly duty, which was to say yes dear and go get the generator.
