Emperor like ballpoint? Or Asian theme?

I have a customer that wants a ballpoint twist to open pen. They really like the Jr. Emperor pen with cap. They think it has an Asian theme.

Does anyone know of a kit that either looks like the Emperor or looks Asian that is a twist ballpoint?

I have looked around but can't seem to find one.
