Has anyone used embossing powders to color PR resin?
Michaels is having another 50% off sale and it would be a good time to get some. They have metalics, all colors and small beads.

Yes. It doesn't dissolve and I didn't like the effect. It takes a lot of it to be thick enough to produce a colored blank. There are better things to use...such as dyes and pigments designed for use with resins. If you are looking for an easy product to find that's inexpensive, try India Ink.

I don't use embossing powders for casting but do use them for inlay. Certain types/colors are very abrasive and will dull the tools within a second.
