Elegant Sierra

Managed to get another pen out over a week. Elegant Sierra in spalted tamarind. Is it just me or are the cap threads on this kit rough? It almost feels like grinding when I screw it on.

Personally I'm finding not all kits are machining their threads well.

The Elegant Sierra (ballpoint) has been around 14 - 15 years at least; this did throw me off, as they don't resemble each other that much.

Same here. I thought they were all twist pens. I don't use the manufacturer or kit names with customers, either. It really doesn't mean anything to them anyway.

It turned out great no matter what the kit name was.
