This was something a little different for me. Made these for my mother-in-law for her birthday (which was in March - better late than never, right?). A little less technical and more creative than my penturning. It seems like the sky is the limit, I just keep having ideas pop into my head. Actually it's inspiring me to get a little more creative with my pens. The materials are magnolia (spalted), cocobolo, mesquite, and deer antler. The pendant was my first attempt at off-center turning. Best part is that she really likes how they turned out!

Awesome, love the cocobolo. Where do you get the hardware portion for the earings?

I got this set off of amazon. A lot of the sets do not have the eye screws or the pinch bails (that I used on the magnolia). The options are endless.
