The part that goes into the tube is 0.439" I have these in my hands along with the tubes. Upper tube is 0.469" O.D. and is 1.800" long, if you want to check whether you have the right kit Last edited: Mar 27, 2015

I use them every day and constantly compare their readings. I would be surprised if Lazerlinez bushings are not accurate. My bushings are a really nicely snug fit in the tubes.
