Eagle brand bandsaw?

Anyone familiar with Eagle brand tools? Local guy selling a 14" commercial grade bandsaw by Eagle. I can't find any info on Eagle Bandsaws so I'm not sure if this is a quality tool or an off brand / knockoff.

I've been seeing a lot of ads recently from people selling Harbor Freight low cost sale items as high end top dollar tools. Just curious if this is a similar situation.
