I've e-mailed Wood 'n' Whimsies a few times over the last couple of days, but I still have not heard back from them. I figure if I don't hear fom them pretty soon, I'll have to call. I'm wondering if my e-mail is making it to them or not. Anyone else have e-mail issues with Wood 'n' Whimsies lately? Thanks!

Tim and Tracey are pretty good about getting back to folks. They may be away for a day or two. They run their own shop so if they need to be away it might take Tracey an extra day or two to get back to you. I've never known her to fail to get back to anyone. I would give it a day or two more.

Thanks, Freddie. I haven't dealt with them before, but I knew they were a small operation. I like to support the small businesses that support us, and I didn't want to jump to any conclusions. I just wanted to make sure that there wasn't something going on of which I was totally unaware!

i gotta say, these folks are the best. They tend to their customers. No past problems with email order or questions. Call them, thats always the best way.

Yeah I second the great comments about them! I buy parts from them and they always have great service! The phone is always a better option anyway than email, its like texting, sometimes people get them and then sometimes maybe not till way later after it doesn't matter anymore what your question was because you already found out your answer by then. Make sense?!

I've called them a couple times, and had to leave a message. Tim got back to me within a couple hours. I agree with others that they take care of their customers. He's also spent time with any of the usual questions that any newbie would have, and has been very helpful and informative.

Deer Piano Man in PJ's. Haven't you heard? They don't do business with people in the North.

Just kidding. My dealings with them have been excellent. They care about the orders and keeping people happy. I hope things work out and this offers some condolence that you have picked the right company to do business

Thanks for all the feedback, folks! They responded to my e-mail an hour ago, at 11:30 p.m!! Now THAT'S commitment!!!

By the way, John, I am a piano player, and I used to play regularly at a place called "PJ's Lounge". I never wore PJ's there, but I bet that would get some attention! May not help my tip jar, though!!:rolleyes:

Just an addition! I called W-n-W for the first time in my life, Wed. Got answers to questions, placed an order. Got it today, Sat. I was on a time schedule and asked Tim what time they would be closing so I could put together my order. The info I received was, "We operate out of a bldg. on the property, we don't close till we have all orders ready to go out in the morning. Sometimes that's 11 P.M. sometimes it's 4 A.M. BUT If it's 4 A.M. I won't be back in here at 7 :) (I think that's reasonable) GoooooooooD People to do business with. Good sense of humor and great customer service!!!

I whole-heartedly agree, Joe. Although I haven't placed an order with them (yet!), I have exchanged e-mails with Tracey and she responds FAST!! She gave me the straight dope and told me what I needed to know. Customer service just doesn't get any better!

I've had numerous dealings with Wood 'N' Whimsies and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They're helpful, knowledgeable and the service is lightning fast! I usually have to call them to place orders because for some reason I have problems with the on-line store working properly on my machine.

Now I understand. Thanks and thanks for taking my poke lightly.
