E-mail address for forms now working...please test

I have made the changes to the entry form so that it sends to the chair of each contest. Please fill out the form for your contest and confirm that you received the e-mail entry.

Also, I need e-mail addresses for the following contests still:

TurnTex Photo Challenge
Creative Mug Shots

I have also made the changes to the forms as requested in the other thread. PLEASE let me know of any other changes you would like. It is easy to do and being the perfectionist that I am, I would like it to be EXACTLY like how you want it to be!
