Dyed Box Elder Burl - Satin Gold Carbera

Another blue one with some flame and my ever-present worm friends.

I've got 5 different colors that I've been dying this stuff, next on the list is a black Carbera that I'm going to work on tonight. Nice to be back in the shop turning a pen or two!

I know, I know, I still got the 'make you dizzy and throw up' mirror. Maybe I'll volunteer to do a group buy for some colored plexis. GGHAAGUGH! [B)]

I'm onboard with Ron. I too like the mirror. You get to see more of the pen. I like the worms holes too. Gives it character.

That is a very nice pen. I really like the blank, and you "turned" it into a fantastic pen.
I happen to like this kit because it shows so much wood, but it is sooo heavy!
I wish they could lighten the weight of the end cap somehow.
