I just finished up an upgrade to my dust collection. I installed some lightweight PVC pipe overhead instead of dragging a hose to the lathe and then having to constantly step over it to get something on the other side of the garage. Works great.

If it does the trick then that is all that matters. Are you into the chair making business and those are prototype designs?? :)

No chair making here...those were just several from my parents house. Left one has a woven cane seat...need to see if it is in usable condition. Middle one was in the kitchen since before my time. Spent many an afternoon/evening shelling peas, Lima beans and snapping string beans picking walnuts out of their shells on this chair. The one on the right has no meaning so it can go.
