Al, a couple, the style of the clip is different. On the Jr Statesmen, it has a more decorative center band, decorative top cap and end cap and the price. Both use the same tubes and bushings.
Note, the Jt Statesmen II has the decorative end cap, while the original used the end cap that was not threaded.
