Duck Call

First one of these I've made. It's a single reed kit from PSI.

Had a guy ask if I'd make some so this is the first one. Birdseye Maple with a CA finish.

After a bit of tuning it made some nice sounds. After seeing this kit in hand, it wouldn't be too difficult to make the entire call.

Unique shape, I'm use to see the shorter, fatter, lower portion....but as long as the person buying actually calls ducks in....doesn't matter!

BTW, as you are in Hawaii.....what is the duck hunting there like?

This is for a guy on the mainland. He asked if I would make calls so I told him I'd get some in and see if he liked it or not.
