My first Duchess kit. I rather like it. Need to hide it from the wife though...

To me.....that is the perfect blank for that pen. I've been trying to decide if I like that kit or not. With that bkank its a definite yes!!!

First time I have seen one of those pens done, other than in the catalog. Looks great with that blank. I was thinking of doing one with an Opal blank, but unsure how it would look.

It feels great... it is basically a 7mm pen. Uses Cross refills and is built the same way.

It's actually the same amount of leaf as my usual mix, but the barrel is thicker... Same bushings as a comfort pen.

Looks good Don! the blank is first class and goes well with the kit, my only negative would be the clip, but having a real look at it in the flesh might change my mind.:biggrin:

That's a great blank, and possibly better than that kit deserves. A lot of those new, lower end PSI kits look pretty good, until you actually make one.
