Pretty much a copy of JohnU's whiskey barrel pen, but I'll call it an homage for better optics lol.
These are the pens I made for the Dryfly guys that gave me all the used staves from one of their barrels. Fun fact for those who have yet to try barrel wood pens, the wood smells just like whiskey as you work it. A fairly enjoyable experience.
The kit is the diplomat from Exoticblanks because I didn't want to spend double to get "namebrand" sierra lol. My decals are wwaayy better when I use white vinegar to soften/set with.
