Drilling on lathe

I think I have seen this question before, but can't seem to find it again. What kind of chuck would I need if I wanted to start drilling with my lathe?

Recently I started a thread saying how pleased I was with the accuracy of lathe drilling. I use the Beall collet chuck to hold rounded blanks for drilling. I have also tried my Nova chuck to hold square blanks while drilling but prefer the collet chuck.
