Drill Doctor DD750 vs 750

Curious if anyone knows the difference between these two models of the Drill Doctor.

Drill Doctor 750 is the discontinued, predecessor.

DD750X is the current, marketed model.

There are a wide range of prices on Amazon depending on the seller -- Maybe antique prices??
