Dressed up an Aluminum Dura Click EDC in one of my standard Braided Polymer blanks that have a great tactile feel in the hand.

Love this! Unless it is some closely kept secret, how do you keep the ends from fraying? All of the stainless sleeves that I have used in the past all wanted to fray like crazy when dressing hoses, etc with it.

Not OP, but it look like he uses thin CA to set the ends and then a disk sander to trim. He has instructions here : https://woodbarter.com/threads/this-is-how-i-make-my-braided-polymer-blanks.39569/

No... I'm not stalking. I just happen to have this kit in the mail _right now_ for a friend and then this blows away my original idea.
